Are the apartments cleaned daily / weekly?

Answer   If you are staying more than 9 days your holiday apartment will receive a mid-stay clean which will be included in your accommodation charges. If you really want to have a relaxing holiday let us service your apartment every day or perhaps every second day for a reasonable fee; enquire at Reception.


Can we get extra amenities?

Answer   Each apartment is supplied with a “starter pack” of amenities for the bathroom, dishwashing machine, for hand washing, laundry liquid, a scourer and a wiper. As our apartments are self-catering, all these items are available from the convenience store located on the Gold Coast Highway at the front of the resort. The convenience store also sells shampoo, conditioner, soap and other requisites. All these items are also available from a local supermarket. Should you need an extra supply of toilet paper please call Reception by dialling ‘9’.


Can we get extra towels?

Answer   A suitable number of clean towels were provided inside the apartment when you checked in, however if you find that you need extra towels please ask at Reception. Should you require your apartment serviced throughout your stay please enquire at Reception; extra charges will apply. We have towels available for use at the beach or around the pool.


Do you have a shuttle service to the airport?

Answer   There are regular public transport services to and from the Gold Coast airport, please allow plenty of time to catch your departing flight if travelling by this method. ConXions offer transfers to and from Gold Coast and Brisbane airports, which are reasonably priced. Tickets for these services can be booked online, purchased at each of the ConXion airport desks or from Bel Air reception desk for departing flights. 


Do you have wireless internet?

Answer   The property offers high speed unlimited wi-fi which is access via the TV in each living room.  This service is provided free of charge for all Superior rooms and for all direct bookings in any room type.  


What is there to do locally?

Answer   There is so much to do every day on the Gold Coast that you may need another holiday when you get home. Choose from the many beautiful sandy beaches close by, to award-winning fish & chips at the seafood market. Think about DreamWorld, Movie World, Wet’n Wild, SeaWorld and then all the shopping you can handle at Pacific Fair, Oasis Shopping Centre, the Oracle, Harbour Town, Robina Town Square, Centro in Surfers – all within the local area. We have a full rack of brochures covering all the many local attractions just around the corner from the Reception desk. Enjoy !


When do the shops close in Queensland and what day is late night shopping?

Answer   Most shops and shopping centres open from 9am until 5pm each day of the week; some shops open at 10am and some close later – especially in the main area of Surfers Paradise. There are different opening times applicable on Public Holidays so please ask our staff at Reception. Late night shopping around the Gold Coast is Thursday night until 9pm. There are a number of local markets which open usually on Sundays at various locations – please ask at Reception for a copy of the local markets calendar?


Where are the closest restaurants?

Answer   There are several different styles of restaurant within a 5 minute walk of the front of the resort. Further down the road in Broadbeach village, within a 10 minute walk there are many other top class Broadbeach restaurants serving all types of food from a slice of pizza to a juicy steak. Please enquire at Reception for our recommendations.


Where do we catch the bus connection to the theme parks?

Answer   When you purchase your theme park tickets at Reception, you will be given various transfer options to the different destinations. Some theme park tickets include transfers and some require the purchase of a two-way ticket for each person. Please ask our friendly Reception staff for the option that suits your requirements.


Where do we park?

Answer   We are lucky to have 3 floors of secure, undercover parking in the basement of the building. Access to the car park is via the Alexander Parade entrance under the East Tower or via the entrance opposite Reception. Swipe your apartment key fob on the reader panel near to the entrances and wait for the roller shutter to fully retract. There is no allocated car parking but please do not park in any car space which is marked “Private Parking’ or you risk your vehicle being towed away.


Where is the closest ATM?

Answer   There is an ATM in the convenience store at the front of the resort. All the major banks have their own branches and ATM’s located in Pacific Fair across the road from Bel Air on Broadbeach – less than a 5 minute walk away.


Where is the closest supermarket?

Answer   We have a convenience store in the parade of retail shops at the front of the resort which is open every day of the week. The nearest large supermarket is located within Pacific Fair which is directly opposite the resort and about a 10 minute walk from Reception. There is also a large supermarket in Oasis Centre in Broadbeach Village about 10 minutes from Bel Air on Broadbeach. If you need directions to either shopping centre please ask our local staff at Reception.
