Late Arrival Procedure

We are looking forward to welcoming you to Bel Air On Broadbeach.

If you’re arriving outside reception hours, we’ve made it easy for you to collect your keys and head straight to your apartment.

Locating the After-Hours Safe

Outside the reception front doors, there is a pillar on the left.
The Safe is built into this pillar.

Collecting the Keys

Enter the code to collect your keys.

Need Help?

If you are having any trouble accessing your keys or your room, please press the red button on the intercom next to the safe to be connected to our after hours team.

The Next Day

Your apartment key is programmed up until 12:00pm the following day.

Please attend reception during reception hours tomorrow to:

Complete your registration
Present photo ID
Provide a $200 security bond
Receive your full set of keys

Please note: for those who have completed the online check-in this will still be applicable
