What an excellent and clean place Bel Air is. Location is wonderful allowing easy stroll to broadbeach central and Mermaid beach. The up keep of the public areas was great. We stayed in the sub-penthouse and the apartment and views were stunning. The only complaint I had is the outdoor pool the heater was not on at all for the the entire 10 days we were their. Their excellent cafe which is too small would be great if they make it bigger. All staff were helpful and pleasant...
